Community Ed Classes
Turtle Lake Community Education offers a wide variety of classes in the Turtle Lake School District. These classes are held within the Turtle Lake School classrooms, Fitness Center and Pool, the Village Parks, School Forest, local business conference rooms. Many classes are offered for free to the commity. Field trips are also scheduled with bus transportation to and from the event. Open Gym/Open Swim

Upper Turtle Lake Ice Fishing Contest

Valentines Dinner & Dance
Venture Downtown Committee of the TLACC provides this special occasion fundraising event. Live music, dancing, food, and a cake auction headline the event with participants purchasing tickets to attend. Ticket prices are $30 for single and $50 for couple. Often, there is a theme for this event but you can also wear what you would like! For more information, see this website and search for VENTURE DOWNTOWN.

Preparations Begin
Preparations begin for planning for the annual Turtle Lake Intercounty Fair. The Turtle Lake Lions Club has been the leader and community organizer for the fair for many many years. THEY NEED HELP. Please contact The Lions Club on their Facebook page on how you can help! In addition, The Turtle Lake Area Chamber of Commerce begins planning for the annual Turtle Lake Parade, held during the Fair on Sunday. Floats and entries are needed for the fair each year and it is a GREAT way to promote your business and Have LOADS of fun doing it! Earth Day
Every year, the community of Turtle Lake works together to provide a Village -wide clean up of area parks, streets, and roads. Included in the cleanup efforts are Village of Turtle Lake employees, the Turtle Lake Garden Club, area businesses, and the students of the School District of Turtle Lake. Learn how to help by contacting any of these organizations in April. #giveback
Annual Smelt Fry
The American Legion Post #137 of Turtle Lake provides a wonderful dinner of fried smelt with side dishes, dessert and beverage. This annual event takes place on Maple Street in downtown Turtle Lake. Follow the American Legion Post #137 on Facebook for specific dates!
